This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version of this document is the legally binding one.
By placing an order on wavevps.net, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the administration of the Wave service (the Operator) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
- Data: Telegram username or identifier; email address (if provided); order and payment details (plan, term, amount, date, payment status); technical data (IP address, device and browser type, cookies, Yandex Metrica data — if I have agreed to them).
- Purposes: concluding and performing the service agreement (ordering, paying for and providing the subscription), linking the subscription to a Telegram account, support and subscription notifications, payment records, improving the website.
- Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the payment aggregator to process the payment, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation.
- Term: until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn.
- Withdrawal: consent can be withdrawn by writing to support on Telegram: @wavevpn_support_bot. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received.
